In the event of a party or event cancellation, the initial non-refundable deposit cannot be refunded. However, it can be applied as a credit toward future events or parties booked within 12 months of the original event date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 14 days before your scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be finalized within the same 12-month period to retain your deposit credit.
